This is a great circular walk. You go down the far side of the western pond, with a bit of climb up and down to a narrow bridge.  It's best not to cross this when people are coming from the opposite direction, but if you have to, my advice is to hold on to the rail, and let them pass you on the outside. You carry on over another bridge, and then walk down to Broad Haven Beach.  Afterwards, walk back up the slightly easier near side for some variety.  Between the bridges you can expect to be harrassed by small birds, such as robins, which will happily take suitable food from your hand.
